PROGRAM MANAGER

Kortni Roberts, a vibrant and enthusiastic individual born in October (a true Libra at heart), graduated with a degree in Agribusiness from South Carolina State University.

After earning her degree, she joined Breakthrough Twin Cities in the spring of 2024, where she quickly developed a deep passion for the organization’s mission. At Breakthrough Twin Cities, Kortni is dedicated to supporting under-resourced students on their educational journeys, helping to equip them with the skills and confidence needed for college success. She is especially eager about the opportunity to develop the next wave of educators and leaders, encouraging young minds to realize their complete potential.

Outside of her professional commitments, Kortni loves exploring new culinary experiences. She enjoys dining out at various restaurants and is always eager to try new foods, making each meal an adventure. Her enthusiasm for food reflects her adventurous spirit and desire to experience life to the fullest.
