Kenneth serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for Planned Parenthood North Central states, which has operations in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

He brings over 20 years of distinctive legal and compliance experience, specifically in the healthcare, product liability, and banking areas. Kenneth relocated from New York to Minnesota in 2021, where he worked most recently at a hospital system operating in Connecticut and New York. Kenneth is admitted to practice law in multiple jurisdictions and has managed legal matters throughout the United States.

Kenneth is deeply engaged in the communities in which he has lived, specifically working with organizations that seek to improve opportunities for youth from marginalized communities. He is actively involved with the local chapter of 100 Black Men, the Minneapolis Saint Paul Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, serves as an active Board Member of Drive to Work (Richmond, Virginia), and is involved in other community-related events in the Twin Cities.

Kenneth holds a bachelor’s in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the State University of New York, College at Brockport (NY), and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law (NY). Kenneth lives in Saint Paul with his wife, daughter, father, two energy huskies, and a feisty cat.
