Pablo is a passionate strategy, marketing, and business development executive with ~19 years of experience working in a diverse range of industries including: manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, environmental, and consulting. The backbone of his career has been building teams and developing individuals. Pablo has been an active member of different Employee Resource Groups across Honeywell, Ecolab, and Pentair.

Pablo and his wife were born and raised in Mexico. They have one daughter and one son, and they all jointly call Minnesota home. In their free time they like outdoor activities like camping and very frequently visit the Minnesota Zoo, the Arboretum, and the Science Museum.
